Tips for Unexpected Initiative
Unexpected Initiative is one of 18 quests Tian Wen gives. Read every objective before you load in so you bring the right tools, and carry a spare slot for anything you need to pick up. If an objective asks you to search or reach a place, go there early in the raid before other Raiders and ARC converge on the area.
