The Right Tool is a quest from Tian Wen with 3 objectives that rewards 1 Stitcher II and 1 Extended Light Mag I.
You're one of the new arrivals, right? I need a volunteer to test out this upgraded Ferro; should cut through ARC plating like butter. Go put holes in some machines, and report back to me.
Objectives

Objectives update the moment you complete them in raid, so you can stack this quest with others from Tian Wen that send you to the same map. Extract alive to keep any items you picked up for it.

If an objective asks you to search or reach a place, go there early in the raid before other Raiders and ARC converge on the area.
