Outstanding Balance: ARC Raiders quest guide
Outstanding Balance is a quest from Tian Wen with 3 objectives that rewards 1 Extended Medium Mag III and 1 Silencer II.
I had a deal for a Bastion Cell lined up with a Raider called Dodger, but he's gone quiet.
I need someone to track down his stash before some scavenger stumbles into it. Interested?
Objectives
- Search for Dodger's stash inside the Traffic Tunnel
- Search Dodger's deal spot by the Pilgrim's Peak antenna
- Deliver Dodger's Note to Tian Wen
Objectives update the moment you complete them in raid, so you can stack this quest with others from Tian Wen that send you to the same map. Extract alive to keep any items you picked up for it.

Tips for Outstanding Balance
Outstanding Balance is one of 18 quests Tian Wen gives. Read every objective before you load in so you bring the right tools, and carry a spare slot for anything you need to pick up. If an objective asks you to search or reach a place, go there early in the raid before other Raiders and ARC converge on the area.
