Keeping an Eye Out is a quest from Celeste with 2 objectives that rewards 5 Pulse Mine and 1 Flame Spray.

I’m looking for someone. Bilguun. You might’ve seen him around, but chances are you haven’t. He’s… not the most sociable person around, you see.
He spends a lot of time Topside, but usually returns to Speranza regularly to check in.

Objectives

  1. Locate the collapsed highway by the southern edge of the Barren Clearing
  2. Find Bilguun's shelter, and search for any clues of his presence

Objectives update the moment you complete them in raid, so you can stack this quest with others from Celeste that send you to the same map. Extract alive to keep any items you picked up for it.
