A First Foothold: ARC Raiders quest guide
A First Foothold is a quest from Apollo with 4 objectives that rewards 3 Shrapnel Grenade, 3 Snap Blast Grenade and 3 Heavy Fuze Grenade.
We’ve only just finished expanding the Tube network towards the Blue Gate, and we’re still laboring away at the rest.
My crew’s been building new infrastructure around the valley to safeguard our Raiders, but the constant ARC threat has made it difficult to get anything done.
Objectives
- Stabilize the observation deck near the Ridgeline
- Enable the comms terminal near the Olive Grove
- Rotate the satellite dishes on the church roof, north of the Data Vault
- Nail down the roof plates on the Raider structure near Trapper's Glade
Objectives update the moment you complete them in raid, so you can stack this quest with others from Apollo that send you to the same map. Extract alive to keep any items you picked up for it.

A First Foothold is one of 15 quests Apollo gives. Read every objective before you load in so you bring the right tools, and carry a spare slot for anything you need to pick up. If an objective asks you to search or reach a place, go there early in the raid before other Raiders and ARC converge on the area.
